I had a horrible experience with the affiliate company out of Stratford, Connecticut. My oxygen equipment was due before 12:00pm on Friday May 29, 2026 in Shelton, CT at my sisters house. I arrived in New York at 10:00 am and as I went with my daughter to rent a car I received a call from Jermaine the rudest and most inconsiderate person I have ever spoken to as he was more concerned about delivering the oxygen concentrator & tanks at the end of his day because he lives in Shelton therefore I would be his last delivery. I was furious because I spoke to someone who was so nonchalant three days prior to my delivery date. She didn’t listen to me after she insisted that I explain to her why I needed the equipment by 12 pm. I told her that I had to take the equipment from Shelton, CT to New Haven, CT because that’s where I was staying in an AIRBNB, she replied to me so you have to drive to New Hampshire. On the day of the delivery I had to make several complaints to their dispatch people who had to contact Jermaine and speak to him. Awful customer service! They make getting oxygen a real challenge. Already called 7 times and get bounced around to different departments then disconnected. Reps need training and have zero compassion and knowledge

I called to schedule them to pick up equipment because we have another company. They said they would come on Tuesday I asked what time and they said they didnt know but someone would call me. No one never called and I had arrands to run and wasted a whole day waiting for them. I called at 3pm and asked if they were still coming they said between 4-6pm and it is now 8:47pm. No one called or showed up. I guess they dont want their stuff back.

First off my nurse Dawn was amazing however this company is ruthless. My insurance changed why I don’t know but going back to original coverage the following month and because they weren’t in coverage cut me off the 1st day. Mind you I have a picc line and no one could change dressings or give me more meds to flush it. Thank God I’m a nurse and have friends who are nurses. I usually get a picc line 2x a year. They will never service me again.

Not one good review and I will not be an exception. Hours to get through. I do not blame the employees however, this is people's health we are talking about - does management care or is it just about profits? I need CPAP supplies, I do not breathe while sleeping and need the supplies. Maybe the whole industry doesn't care. This is healthcare in America - 2025. Employees, Ronald, Danielle and Barb all processional, friendly and helpful, they need to hire more people.
